Rotational Med Ball throws for passing and shooting
Rotational medicine ball throws are not only a great core developer, but also helps hockey players create more power for shooting and passing. The rotational med ball throw utilizes the lower back, abs, and hips as players throw a medicine ball across their body explosively.
By throwing the ball away from the body, players simulate the shooting effect by pushing an object away from them and releasing it, unlike a weight lifting exercise where you must return the weight to the starting position.
